She found it hard to think straight, let alone be nervous as he kissed her. She kissed back, smiling a little bit. The lights were still off, but she could tell how much he was enjoying this.

Brooklyn scooted even closer to him and entangled her fingers in his hair and pulled away for a moment. “I love you, Chase.” She whispered.

Chase held her close, looking into her eyes for a few moments. His grin grew and a brow raised, his grip on her tightening.

Without warning, he scooped her up into his arms and ran into her bedroom, diving onto her bed. He made sure he took the fall, her not getting hurt. He made sure she couldn’t escape and pinned her down, kissing all over her face, neck and chest, laughing the whole time.
